端午節~介紹傳統美食:粽子
適逢端午佳節,這周的視訊主題就讓我們來向外國人介紹台灣的傳統食物~粽子 !
首先我們來學習幾個重點單字的說法:
粽子:rice dumplings 蛋黃:egg yoke
粽葉:bamboo leaf(複數:leaves) 栗子:chestnut
糯米:sticky rice 竹筍:bamboo shoots
香包:sachet 豬肉:pork
龍船:dragon boat 火腿:ham
賽龍舟:dragon boat race 紅豆:red bean
端午節:Dragon Boat Festival 花生:peanut
再來我們來學學簡單的介紹粽子的說法:(註:因為Clifford 工作的關係,這周開始和Donald視訊)
Student: I'm going to introduce our traditional food -rice dumplings.
Donald:What color is it?
Student:It's green and it covers with bamboo leaves.
Donald: What's inside the dumplings?
Student: There's pork, chestnut, egg yoke, ham, bamboo shoots inside the sticky rice.(鹹粽)
Student: There's red bean or peanut inside mochi (麻糬).(冰甜粽)
